Flexible & Easy Returns
If you’ve changed your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. You can return most new, unopened and unused items, in their original packaging, no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email at sales@washco.ca to start the return process. Once we receive the product back and inspect it, we will issue you a refund for the product(s).
You are responsible for shipping costs unless it is an error on our part. Items returned should be in their original product packaging in an unused condition. There may be a restocking fee of 15% cover the opening, inspecting, reboxing, and payment fees associated with the order.
Some consumable items purchased are non-refundable, such as: chemicals, opened resin, opened filters, holiday lights.

- Please provide the following details:
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number
- Your Order Number (if you have it)
- The Products you would like to return
- Reason for the return
- You will receive an approval email with the shipping directions within 3 business days.

Warranties
Washco only sells products from the major brands with the best warranties in the industry. We guarantee you will receive the products you buy in top-notch condition or we will make it right. All manufacturer warranties will be managed through Washco and details on the warranties can be found on each product page. All products come with a minimum 1 year warranty to be free of any manufacturer defects.
If you have a warranty claim please use the following process. Be sure to include pictures and be descriptive. Also, please note that the warranties are non-transferable.
